The government has introduced a comprehensive set of incentives and measures to promote industrial and developmental activities within the region. These initiatives include a waiver of land use fees and development charges, facilitating the process through 32 departmental no-objection certificates (NOCs available through a digital platform). Additionally, there is a generous 100% exemption in stamp duty for land purchases and a 50% exemption for industrial plot purchasers. To further support investment, there's a 50% interest subsidy on bank loans for land purchases and a substantial 60% interest subsidy for infrastructure development.

We envision creating an industrial park on the outskirts of the city that seamlessly integrates with urban life while adhering to all necessary norms and regulations. This strategically located industrial hub will boast excellent connectivity to the city center, the National Capital Region (NCR), and the airport, facilitating efficient logistics and transportation. Situated along a minimum 24-meter wide road or highway, it ensures smooth access for businesses and commuters alike. Moreover, the park prioritizes environmental sustainability by implementing efficient waste disposal mechanisms and maintaining proper slope gradients, thus promoting eco-friendly practices within the industrial ecosystem.

Need of Industrial Park

The Brass City, renowned globally for its turnovers of 12,000 crores per year, houses a substantial community of 900-1000 exporters. However, a stark disparity exists as the majority, excluding the top 50, grapple with inadequate infrastructure facilities. The city's burgeoning MSME sector is in dire need of a well-organized industrial park, backed by stringent government enforcement of pollution and waste disposal norms. A critical step in this direction is the closure or reallocation of outdated establishments within the city. Fortunately, the government's MSME policies are highly supportive and encouraging, with UPSIDA introducing 19 reforms in the new industrial policy, offering 24 integrated online services through Nivesh Mitra—a crucial move to boost the region's industrial landscape.

Development Activities

The project encompasses a comprehensive scope, starting with a contour survey to inform land use conversion and secure departmental sanctions and legal clearances. It involves site clearance, earthwork, and embankments, along with the establishment of an entrance and guard room, a boundary wall fortified with fences, and a network of roads and footpaths. Further development includes electrification and street lighting, water supply and storm drainage, as well as distribution networks. The project incorporates aesthetic elements like landscaping and fountains, alongside essential communication networks and security systems. It prioritizes open and green spaces, with provisions for parking and truck parking bays. Additionally, it incorporates systems for effluent treatment, collection, and disposal, rainwater harvesting, sewage treatment, and disposal, as well as a dedicated fire station and firefighting system. Lastly, the project integrates marketing and brokerage components for comprehensive project management.

Roads & Footpaths

The project encompasses the construction of all-weather concrete (M30 grade) roads, complemented by a network of 2-meter wide interlocking pathways, thoughtfully designed with kerbs and drainage systems to ensure efficient water management. Additionally, a utility tunnel will be installed for streamlined infrastructure maintenance. The project will be adorned with comprehensive signage and cat's eye reflectors for enhanced safety and navigation, while thermoplastic markings will provide clear road delineation and guidance.



Requisites of Industrial Park

As we all know that the Moradabad city known as the “Brass city” in the world earning around 12000 crore annually foreign revenues though except top 10% exporters nearly 90% MSME/small exporters have haphazardly developed industry units throughout the city residential & commercial areas which becomes a challenge for government to manage proper infrastructure facilities , MDA regulations & pollution norms ( Roads / Lights/ Water / Effluent treatment plant / Parking bays / etc) to these scattered industrial units & thus govt as well as small expoters are still striving for well-defined Industrial area in & an around city.

Similarly all ecommerce giants like amazon, flipkart etc looking forward to triple their revenues in 5 yrs are desperately searching for warehouse in this tier II & tier III cities for single day deliveries & cheaper logistics cost less than 10% thereby generating urgent need of logistics park in this region.
